Bailey Mallon - Founder, Millburn Mamas & Minis
Bailey founded Millburn Mamas & Minis in October 2023 when she was six months pregnant with her daughter, hoping to build the supportive community she was looking for as a fairly new resident of Millburn Short Hills. Though her husband grew up in town, she wanted to connect with other moms her age who were in the same stage of life—which is how she decided to start Millburn Mamas & Minis.
Originally from New Providence and Harding Township, NJ, Bailey grew up with her parents and two younger sisters. She attended Fordham University, earning both her undergraduate degree in Finance & Value Investing and an MBA in Finance. She now works at a large bank, partnering with government entities as clients.
Bailey has a lifelong passion for the Special Needs community, inspired by her sister, who has Down’s Syndrome. She is currently learning sign language and hopes to continue advocating for inclusivity.
Outside of work and motherhood, Bailey was an equestrian and Irish dancer—two passions she hopes to return to soon!
